Episode 15: "The Spoiler Alert Segmentation"
SPOILER ALERT! This episodes theme is spoilers :) Sheldon gives away the ending of the Harry Potter book that Leonard is reading so they get into a fight. This causes Leonard to decide to move in with Penny, a decision which Penny clearly is uneasy with… awkward!! A similar situation arises for Sheldon when Amy proposes becoming his roommate after she learns about the fight. Meanwhile, Howard and Bernadette take off to a conference in Las Vegas, after asking Raj to check on Mrs Wolowitz.
We see Penny and Sheldon confess to each other their discomfort over the whole “moving in” situation and they decide to tell the truth to their respective partners. However, Sheldon gets scared and lies to Amy that Leonard may come back since Penny doesn't want to live with him (seriously Sheldon throwing a friend under the bus… not cool). As you would expect this causes a brief fight amongst the four. Amy gets angry and says that she will get even with the boys by moving in with Penny, a suggestion that once again makes Penny uncomfortable... haha poor Penny. Leonard, looking dejected, returns to the apartment, but not before Sheldon spoils a major plot-point from The Walking Dead… classic Sheldon!
Meanwhile, Mrs Wolowitz pampers Raj, who decides to stay for the night when he sees that she is lonely and depressed without Howard. When Howard learns about this, he tells Raj that his mother is using food and guilt to prevent him from leaving... it’s a trap lol. Soon Raj sees this as well and tries to escape from a window, but Mrs Wolowitz pulls him back… poor Raj.
Small bit of trivia, this is the first time Mrs Wolowitz’s body has been shown in the show however we don’t get to see her face.
Best quote
is courtesy of Raj: “How do you sleep in these things? Silk pyjamas on
satin sheets, I slid out of the bed like 3 times.”
Episode 14: "The Cooper/Kripke Inversion"
Raj discovers a website where you can order
personalized action figures, so Raj and Howard decide to order some, but the
toys they get aren’t matched very well. Meanwhile, Sheldon and Kripke find out
they have to work together on the same fusion reactor proposal. Both are
reluctant to work with each other, Sheldon even moreso when he later finds out
that Kripke’s work is much more advanced that his, sending Sheldon into
depression as he realizes he’s not the smartest one around.
Raj and Howard decide to purchase a 3-D printer
and scan each other to make better figurines of themselves and even one for
Bernadette. Bernadette likes the whole idea and the likeness of the figurines;
until she finds out how much money they spent… She rages about his ridiculous spending
and forces him to sell it so Raj buys Howard’s half of the printer. Bernadetter
then takes Howard off their joint account until he learn his lesson about the
importance of money.
Kripke talks to Sheldon about his low quality of
work in comparison to his, so assumes his work is suffering because he has a
girlfriend, which Sheldon sneakily agrees to hide his lack of intelligence.
Later, Penny asks Sheldon if he will ever have sex with Amy, since their
relationship is so strange and Sheldon has an issue with physical contact. He
comes back with “it’s a possibility” that he could one day become physical with
Amy, making Penny super excited! Kripke also inquires into Sheldon’s sexual
relationship with Amy, and Sheldon continues to go with it!
Once again, The Big Bang Theory proves to be
hilarious J

Episode 13: "The Bakersfield Expedition"
Sheldon, Leonard, Raj and Howard are
preparing for the Bakersfield Comic Con – steaming their costumes, checking
their make up and sewing up broken bits, while the girls are left wondering
about the guys massive fascination with comic books. So the girls decide to buy
a comic book from Stuart, but still can’t see how comics are so interesting.
However, they start to argue over superheroes weapons like Thor’s hammer.
The boys then decide to make an
unplanned stop off at Vasquez Rocks Park to reenact scenes from Star Trek,
since it was filmed there. Everyone’s dressed up with full make up and costume
as Star Trek characters: Leonard is Picard, Sheldon is Data, Raj is Work and
Howard is Borg. They start taking pictures, without all of a sudden their car
gets stolen because Leonard left the keys in the ignition. Back at home, the
girls continue to argue over Thor’s hammer and explore more comics in Leonard
and Sheldon’s apartment.
The guys are stuck in the sweltering
heat and reach a nearby diner and call for help, but they are made fun of by everyone,
even a police officer. They leave as soon as they can and head home. When they
arrive, they hear the girls still debating over the comics, with Sheldon
stating they must have walked into an alternate dimension when stuck in the
desert where their girls appreciate "great literature". And finally
we see the car theives enjoying Sheldon’s trivia on the GPS.
